It's Paper

Ada yang tahu paper? Bagaimana cara membuatnya? Searching di google ga nemu? Itulah yang ku rasakan saat aku mendapat tugas bahasa Inggris. Karena ku tak ingin kalian mengalami nasib yang sama, maka disini aku akan memberikan paper buatanku. Siapa tahu bisa menginspirasikan untuk pembuatan paper-paper yang lain. Sebelumnya aku ingin berterima kasih kepada Yuvita Andriana, pembuat paper sesungguhnya karena sebenarnya disini aku hanya mentransletkan apa yang telah ia buat.

Berikut contoh paper entitled "UKM FUNCTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS AT POLYTECHNIC MANUFACTURE ASTRA"

Abstract

Introduction
A. Background

Human being is social creature. They can live alone. Each person should have interaction and communication to the other. That concept should be known by all people and also they are who act as student.
Beside doing the task and assignments from their lecturer and having good achievement, students should be able to have good socialization, so it will make good character for them. There are many ways to have socialization, one of them is joining organization like extra-curricular. In some universities, it is known as UKM or Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa. Wikipedia defines that UKM is university student activities forum to develop their interest, talent, and skill for them who join into it.
UKM gives some benefits for student. Those benefits are; building psychologist side and develop soft skill which is useful for their life now and their future life.
Stephen P. Robbins (2002 : 3) defines that psychologist is science which try to measure, explain, and sometimes change human and animal behavior. According Crow & Crow, Psychology is the study of human behavior and human relationship.
Psychologist sides built from joining UKM are motivation, leadership, communication, ego and teamwork, self-confidence.  Being active in UKM activity make student get those good character.

B. Purpose

The purpose of the paper is to give awareness to students, especially who have not joined UKM, about the importance of the organization for the development of psychology students.


Methode
This research used observation method to know how many Polytechnic Manufacture Astra students who join UKM and how far the function of UKM for psychologist’s development of the students.
This research population was the student of Polytechnic Manufacture Astra and obtained to 100 student who chosen randomly. The researchers provided list of questionnaires to the students. The students as respondent filled the questionnaires according to their nature. The researchers analyzed the data. From the data would be gotten the result and be known that UKM has a role in psychologist’s development of Polytechnic Manufacture Astra students.
This research was done in R.211-212 Polytechnic Manufacture Astra on Friday, December 23rd, 2011.

Result
From 100 respondents, 94 or 94% of Polytechnic Manufacture Astra student ever joined the organization and 98% feel the benefit of it. It’s important to join UKM beside attend the lecture, 84% of them said that joining UKM give influence to their social life. Though 68% students don’t feel hard in UKM activity, but it’s found the fact that UKM will disturb their activity. 
There are many soft skills that can be developed through UKM. Most of Polytechnic manufacture Astra student feel that UKM give positive side in personality building. UKM increase communication skill for 89% students, help ego management for 85% students, increase self-confidence for 89%students, give motivation for 77% students and help student in problem solving and think rationally as many as 84% and 88% students. From that data gotten from 100 respondent of Polytechnic Manufacture Astra student, it proves that it’s important to join UKM for psychologist’s development of the students.

Conclusion
UKM in Polytechnic Manufacture Astra has essential function for psychologist’s development of the students. By joining UKM, students can increase some positive character, for example leadership, learning motivation, problem solving by rational decision, good communication and etc. All the characters are very important to support the smooth running of activities and student life as social beings. By having the character hope the students of Polytechnic Manufacture Astra can achieve academic success, with a superior person.
